All I want for Christmas….

I love your shuffle, but really I want one of these…..

I’m quite fascinated with all the tracking devices that Nike and Ipod offer. I found it a little sad that those really are my shoes in the picture. They were the shoes that I wore for my first half-marathon. It’s probably time to retire them. *sigh*
Any who… On the Ipod this week I have the following to inspire me and of course make me faster.

And if you get an iPod for your head and your kid’s head, you can run/bike together in relative peace. Of course, I tend to use running to dart away from family responsibility in moments of frustration, so ducking out the door when no one is looking is a good strategy, too.
